These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of https://nuumipet.com (the "Site") and any purchases made through the Site. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Nuumipet is registered in the US. Registered address: 30 N Gould St. Ste N, Sheridan, WY 82801.
If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Site or make any purchases.
Section 1: Definitions
- "We," "us," "our" — Nuumipet
- "You," "your" — the individual accessing the Site or making a purchase
- "Digital Products" — digital content, guides, programs, or courses delivered through our member portal
- "Physical Products" — tangible goods shipped to you, including but not limited to the CalmiCollar
- "Subscription" — a recurring order for Physical Products billed on a monthly cycle
- "Site" — https://nuumipet.com and all associated pages
Section 2: Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use this Site and make purchases. By using the Site, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
Section 3: Product and Services
- Digital Products: We sell digital pet training programs delivered through a secure member portal. Upon purchase, you will receive login credentials to access your content. Digital Products are for personal, non-commercial use only.
- Physical Products: We sell pet care products, including the CalmiCollar. Physical Products are shipped directly to your address. Product descriptions, images, and specifications are provided as accurately as possible. Minor variations in color or appearance may occur.
- Product Claims and Disclaimers: Our products are designed to support pet training and pet wellness. We do not claim that any product will cure, treat, or prevent any medical condition in animals. Results vary depending on the individual pet, consistency of use, and other factors. See our Disclaimer page for full details.
- No Veterinary Advice; Safe Use: Our products and any related content on the Site are provided for general consumer information and pet wellness purposes only and do not constitute veterinary, medical, behavioral, or other professional advice. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease, injury, or medical condition in any animal. You are responsible for using each product only as directed and for monitoring your pet for proper fit, comfort, skin sensitivity, irritation, or any other adverse reaction. Discontinue use immediately and consult a licensed veterinarian if your pet shows signs of discomfort, distress, skin irritation, injury, or any unusual reaction.
Section 4: Orders and Payments
By placing an order, you agree to provide accurate and complete billing and shipping information. We accept payment through Stripe and PayPal. All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice, but changes will not affect orders already placed.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in pricing, or suspected fraud. If we cancel your order, you will receive a full refund.
Section 5: Subscription Orders
Certain Physical Products may be offered on a recurring subscription basis, including through a “Subscribe & Save” option.
If you actively select a subscription option at checkout, your order will enroll in a monthly subscription that automatically renews until canceled. By purchasing a subscription, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis for the subscription price displayed at checkout, together with any applicable taxes and any disclosed shipping and handling charges, on the same calendar date each month as your initial order. If that date does not exist in a given month, your payment method will be charged on the last day of that month.
Material subscription terms will be presented at checkout before you complete your purchase and will also be included in your order confirmation in a form you can retain.
You may cancel your subscription at any time before your next billing date by any of the following methods:
(i) through your online customer account or online cancellation mechanism, if available;
(ii) by emailing support@nuumipet.com; or
(iii) by calling our toll-free customer support number at +1 727-632-3700.
If your cancellation request is submitted after a renewal order has already been processed, the cancellation will apply to the following renewal term, and the then-current order will still be shipped, subject to our Refund & Returns Policy.
There is no minimum commitment and no cancellation fee.
Subscription pricing may change from time to time. If we make a material change to your subscription price, we will provide notice at least 14 days before the change takes effect. If you do not cancel before the change takes effect, your continued subscription after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the new price.

Section 6: Digital Product Access and License
Upon purchase, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Digital Product for your personal, non-commercial use.
You may not:
- Share, distribute, or resell the content
- Copy, reproduce, or modify the content
- Use the content for commercial purposes
- Share your login credentials with others
We reserve the right to revoke access if these terms are violated.
Section 7: Shipping and Delivery
- Digital Products: Digital Products are delivered instantly through our member portal upon purchase.
- Physical Products: Physical Products are shipped from our fulfillment center. Any shipping or delivery timeframe displayed on the Site, at checkout, or in your order confirmation is an estimate only and is not guaranteed unless expressly stated otherwise. We will have a reasonable basis for any advertised shipping timeframe.
If we are unable to ship within the timeframe stated in connection with your order or otherwise required by applicable law, we may notify you of the delay and, where required by applicable law, give you the option to consent to the delay or cancel the unshipped item for a prompt refund.

Section 8: Refunds and Returns
- Digital Products: 60-day money-back guarantee from date of purchase. Contact support@nuumipet.com to request a refund.
- Physical Products (including CalmiCollar): 30-day money-back guarantee from the date of delivery of the applicable order or shipment. To request a refund, you must contact support@nuumipet.com within 30 days after delivery. Unless otherwise required by applicable law or expressly stated in our Refund & Returns Policy, the product must be returned to qualify for a refund, and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. For subscription orders, each shipment is treated as a separate shipment for purposes of the 30-day refund period. Full details are available on our Refund & Returns Policy page.
Section 9: Intellectual Property
All content on the Site — including text, images, graphics, videos, logos, digital product content, and software — is the property of Nuumipet or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on the Site without our prior written consent.
Section 10: User Accounts
If you create an account on our Site, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
Section 11: Prohibited Conduct
When using our Site, you agree not to:
- Violate any applicable law or regulation
- Provide false or misleading information
- Interfere with or disrupt the Site or its servers
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site
- Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access the Site
- Use the Site for any fraudulent or unlawful purpose
- Resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit any products purchased from us
Section 12: Third-Party Services
Our Site uses third-party services for payment processing, shipping, analytics, and marketing. These services operate under their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices of third-party service providers.
Section 13: Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the Site or purchase of our products is limited to the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
- We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, data loss, or business interruption.
- We are not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use our products, including any outcomes related to pet behavior or wellness.
- We are not liable for delays, interruptions, or errors in the Site or delivery of products.
Section 14: Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Nuumipet, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Site, violation of these Terms, or violation of any third party's rights.
Section 15: Dispute Resolution
(a) Mandatory Arbitration of Disputes
You and THE PAWESOME LLC agree that this arbitration agreement is made pursuant to a transaction involving interstate commerce and shall be governed by the Federal Arbitration Act ("FAA"), and not by any state law concerning arbitration. Any dispute between us, including disputes by either of us against any agent, employee, subsidiary, affiliate, predecessor in interest, successor, or assign of the other, will be resolved exclusively and finally by binding arbitration.
BY AGREEING TO THIS ARBITRATION AGREEMENT, YOU ARE GIVING UP YOUR RIGHT TO GO TO COURT, INCLUDING YOUR RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL.
The arbitration will be administered by the American Arbitration Association ("AAA") and conducted under AAA's Consumer Arbitration Rules. You may obtain copies of the AAA Rules by visiting www.adr.org or calling AAA at (800) 778-7879.
(b) Class Action and Jury Trial Waiver
THERE SHALL BE NO RIGHT OR AUTHORITY FOR ANY CLAIM TO BE ARBITRATED ON A CLASS ACTION BASIS OR IN A PURPORTED REPRESENTATIVE CAPACITY. NO CLAIM SUBMITTED TO ARBITRATION WILL BE HEARD BY A JURY OR MAY BE BROUGHT AS A PRIVATE ATTORNEY GENERAL ACTION. YOU DO NOT HAVE THE RIGHT TO ACT AS A CLASS REPRESENTATIVE OR PARTICIPATE AS A MEMBER OF A CLASS OF CLAIMANTS.
Section 16: Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Section 17: Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
Section 18: Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
For material changes (such as changes to pricing, refund policy, or subscription terms), we will notify you by email.
Section 19: Additional Subscription Terms
If you purchase a subscription or recurring order, our Subscription Terms page, available at https://nuumipet.com/pages/subscription-terms, applies and is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
In the event of a conflict between these Terms and the Subscription Terms page, the Subscription Terms page will control solely with respect to subscriptions, recurring billing, cancellation, failed payments, subscription refunds, and related matters.
