Refund policy


Nuumipet wants you to be satisfied with your purchase. This policy explains how refunds and returns work for both our digital and physical products.

Digital Products

  • Applies to: Digital pet training programs and courses accessed through our member portal.
  • Guarantee: 60-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase.

How to request a refund:

  • Email support@nuumipet.com with your order number and the email address used at checkout.
  • We will process your refund within 5 business days of receiving your request.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method (Stripe or PayPal).
  • Allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or payment provider.
  • Upon refund, access to the member portal and all associated digital content will be revoked.

Physical Products (Including CalmiCollar)

  • Guarantee: 30-day money-back guarantee from the date of delivery.

Eligibility: To qualify for a refund on physical products, the following conditions apply:

  • The refund request must be made within 30 days of the delivery date (as confirmed by tracking information).
  • The product must be returned to us.
  • The product does not need to be unused, but it must be returned in its original packaging where possible.

How to request a return and refund:

  • Email support@nuumipet.com with your order number, the email address used at checkout, and the reason for your return.
  • We will provide you with a return shipping address and instructions within 2 business days.
  • Ship the product back to us. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Once we receive the returned product, we will process your refund within 5 business days.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
  • Allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or payment provider.
  • No restocking fees are charged.

Subscription Orders

If you are on a subscription plan for a physical product:

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time by emailing support@nuumipet.com.
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
  • Products already shipped under the current billing cycle are eligible for return and refund under the 30-day physical product policy above.
  • No partial refunds are given for the current billing cycle upon cancellation.

Refund Exceptions

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • Requests made after the guarantee period has expired (60 days for digital, 30 days for physical).
  • Orders where the customer provided an incorrect shipping address and the product was delivered to that address.
  • Products that were not returned when a return is required (physical products).
  • Duplicate refund requests for the same order.

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective physical product:

  • Email support@nuumipet.com within 14 days of delivery.
  • Include your order number and photos of the damage or defect.
  • We will send a replacement at no additional cost, or issue a full refund — your choice.
  • You will not be required to return damaged or defective products.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund within 10 business days of confirmation:

  • Check your bank or credit card statement again.
  • Contact your bank or credit card company — processing times vary.
  • If you still have not received your refund, email support@nuumipet.com and we will investigate.

Chargebacks

We encourage you to contact us at support@nuumipet.com before filing a chargeback with your bank or payment provider. We are committed to resolving any issue promptly. Filing a chargeback without first contacting us may delay resolution and result in your account being suspended.
